As a former Research Director of a division of the THALES Group, Security Solutions and Services, Nicolas has been one of the driving forces behind the development of its innovation laboratory and the leader of many key research programs in information systems and security. INHESJ auditor. He began his career at IBM and worked for several SMEs. He teaches Innovation Management at IAE Paris Sorbonne and ESME Sudria engineering school.
Gordana Cerovic, PhD
Doctor in molecular biology with more than 25 years of experience in R&D management of SMEs, Gordana has held the position of Scientific Director at the biotech company Genewave. For more than 20 years, she has organized and managed French and European R&D projects. In 2014, she co-created the company Novanexia and assists clients in the setting up and management of H2020 projects.
Graduate from EM Normandie, Florence started her career in management control and financial forecasting in the PSA group. She then managed major projects as a project manager for different divisions of the group. Florence created a human services company that she developed for ten years before selling it to a franchise network. As a member of Novanexia, she is in charge of administrative and financial management. Her versatility allows her to be a source of proposals for the development of Novanexia.
Humberto Alzina Cortés
Humberto graduated from the Pierre and Marie Curie University where he received initial training in Molecular Biology, which he later completed with a Master's degree in Biotechnology dedicated to management and marketing. Following a laboratory experience, he participated in the marketing development of a start-up company in the field of biotechnology. He is currently leading the realization of market studies and the setting up of European projects.
Adrien is a graduate of the IUT of Caen Basse-Normandie where he followed an initial training in Marketing Techniques, which he later completed with a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Entrepreneurial Project Engineering. His curriculum was completed in 2018 with a training in Marketing Strategy and Commercial Development at EM Normandie. Currently, he participates in the commercial development of Novanexia while ensuring the administrative follow-up of the firm's files.
Thibaud graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers. His engineering training focused on industrial engineering as well as his specialization in innovation management allow him to be versatile within Novanexia. His areas of technical expertise are centred on mechanics, materials and industrial processes. His expertise in the scientific approach and his project management skills enable him to successfully accompany Novanexia's customers in the setting up of European and national projects.
Kévin graduated from the Sorbonne University where he followed an initial training in Life Sciences, which he later completed with a Master of Biotechnology dedicated to entrepreneurship and innovation. Bronze medalist of the iGEM 2015 competition within the Institut Pasteur team, and former assistant design engineer at the Pitié-Salpétrière, he participated in the development of scientific projects. Currently, he is in charge of the management and follow-up of the projects led by Novanexia.
David Ledo Hernandez
David is an economist, specialising in business analytics. He has an MBA from EM Normandie/İTÜ in Istanbul and more than 6 years of professional experience in the fields of finance, marketing and management. His area of expertise is focused on the exploitation of data and digitisation processes to deliver new innovative services. He currently set-ups of European projects at Novanexia.
Adam Muller is a graduate of the University of Lille where he followed an initial training in Political Science to which he gave an early European dimension. Later, he completed his political training with a course dedicated to European Affairs and the management of European programmes. Adam developed his experience of European programmes during various internships and when he took up his position as a project manager for the Catalan Department of Foreign Affairs in 2018.
Patrick CORNET, with an initial training in Business Law & Corporate Finance, has been in charge of the international accompaniment of innovative companies within the Innovation Department of Bpifrance. In 2010, Patrick was mandated by the public authorities to represent France within the EUREKA international network (Brussels) as National Coordinator. As a former European National Contact Point, he has also implemented measures to facilitate access to European funding for start-ups. Today, he assists our clients in their applications for European funding.
